Fotofortress Warranty & Returns
The Fotofortress Tether Block comes with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase when accompanied by a receipt or copy of proof of purchase. If individual parts of the unit are defective or damaged, and the item is still under warranty, we may replace those parts instead of the entire unit.

Customers have 14 days after receiving their product to advise us if they want to cancel and return the Fotofortress Tether Block. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they have notified us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacture
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You may like to consider using a trackable shipping service.
